The hybrid scrubber is a scrubber equipped with a flushing mechanism (a device that deodorizes and removes dust by capturing odors and dust in liquids such as water). You can choose the most suitable device for efficiently deodorizing exhaust gases from options such as a deodorant spraying mechanism, jet watering function, and the introduction of oxidizing functional water. The oxidizing functional water efficiently dissolves ozone gas into the water within the scrubber and strongly oxidizes and decomposes odors by mixing it with our proprietary chlorine-based agents. Generally, high-concentration ozone gas is harmful to the human body, but we adjust the ozone concentration at the outlet to a level that is harmless to humans while removing odors. Our company, which has tackled odor control for various factories, will introduce some case studies. 【Odor Control Measures for a Ceramic Substrate Manufacturing Plant】 ■Background In order to reduce the running costs of an aging direct combustion deodorization system, we were exploring alternative deodorization methods when we received an inquiry from the client. We conducted a preliminary odor control consultation and calculated the deodorization efficiency of the existing exhaust combustion system. Subsequently, we performed deodorization tests using the Hybrid Scrubber Type W, confirming comparable deodorization effectiveness.
